By engaging BridgeSource SA for sourcing, procurement, or supply services, you agree to the following:
- All quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated
- Orders are binding upon written confirmation and deposit payment
- BridgeSource SA acts as a sourcing agent and is not liable for manufacturer defects beyond what is recoverable from the supplier
- Payment terms are as agreed in the formal quotation
- Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa
- BridgeSource SA reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion
